SCSI handles construction clean-ups of newly built homes and disaster clean-ups of commercial and non-commercial structures. We also specialize in comprehensive clean-ups on foreclosed homes and general to comprehensive cleaning for commercial establishments including, but not limited to, medical offices, non-medical offices and industrial plants.

SCSI has a Floor Specialist Department headed by a Manager and comprised of service representatives with extensive years in the service industry. These specialists are able to maintain carpeting and any other floor surface presented them. For carpeting upkeep and maintenance we do an agitation and extraction process. For tiled surfaces we do stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing. We work with such mediums as tile, vinyl, linoleum, hardwood and concrete. Our specialists also possess the ability to repair or replace flooring surfaces as well.

SCSI provides a Daily Communication Logbook at each site. The Logbook is there to allow for constant communication between customers and representatives.
